Evette was born and raised in Markham, Illinois to entrepreneurial parents who instilled her with great work ethics and the need to always give excellent customer service. Through her life adventures of living in seven states she became interested in real estate with hopes of assisting others with their housing needs.

Upon relocating back to Illinois in 2000, Evette started her career as a Leasing Agent which progressed to Property Manager and later Affordable Housing Specialist. Working throughout the Chicagoland area and Northwest Indiana she experienced first hand the need for more affordable housing which has enhanced her desire to provide housing solutions for all.

Before starting her Broker career with Coldwell Bankers Realty, Evette has been working as a contractor specializing in resident certifications, compliance and file management for HUD subsidy and LIHTC properties. Her 21 years in the Multifamily industry, paired with her customer service and enthusiasm allows her to connect with clients and meet them where they are, whatever their needs.

When she isn't helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership, Evette can be found collecting items for non-profits who help the less fortunate and spending time with family, friends and church.
